Urban Future Global Conference Keynote

Untangling where to start large-scale systemic change.

*Catch me sharing my thoughts on #UFGC19 at 1:14.

The URBAN FUTURE global conference is Europe's largest event for sustainable cities. It's the place to meet the most passionate and inspiring CityChangers. For their fourth edition (#UFGC19) in Oslo, through 85 sessions, 36 field trips and 20 side events, city officials, experts and urban innovation ninjas shared their personal stories, experiences and even failures on topics such as car-free city life, sustainable buildings and happy cities. I gave a keynote on the power of urban metabolism to help understand where to start on large-scale systemic change for sustainable urban development. Ashima Sukhdev from the Ellen MacArthur Foundation moderated the session.
